25.8. Every person who contravenes the first paragraph of section 12, section 17, 18, 22, 22, 24 or 25.0.1 commits an offence and is liable, in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $2,500 to $250,000 or, in other cases, to a fine of $7,500 to $1,500,000.
